Realmente es un grupo destacable, con influencias de muchos estilos de música underground, Punk, rock, powerpop. Fueron 13 los temas y 13 las películas homenajeadas, del punk más siniestro y el rock más rápido en el disco – 13 Cuchilladas.
La Mujer Pantera, Hotel Overlook, Llamando a Las Puertas del Infierno, El Circo de Los Monstruos, Cabeza Borradora, Nosferatu en Barakaldo, La Invasión de Los Ultracuerpos, Damien, Al Otro Lado del cementerio, Doctor Caligari, Ladrones de Cadáveres y Los Muertos Vivientes.
13 cuchillazos basados en películas de terror, repletos de humor negro, sangre, perturbados mentales, zombies, hoteles malditos, vampiros con txapela, zombies putrefactos, freaks, marcianos con mala uva y Satán, todo una carnicería musical.

13 stabs based on movies of terror, replete with black humor, blood, disturbed mental, zombies, damned hotels, vampires with txapela, zombies putrid, freaks, Martians with bad grape and Satan, everything a musical butcher's shop.

Las GORGONAS se formaron en agosto de 1997 con Omar F. en la Voz y programacion de secuencias, Román F. en la guitarra y programación de secuencias, Panchito Death en el Bajo y sintetizador. Definen su sonido como DEATHROCK en el cual se incorporan elementos que van desde lo clásico y hasta lo electrónico. La banda se ha presentado en los lugares más representativos de la escena underground del país como el Museo del Chopo, Rockotitlán, la UTA, el DADA X entre otros. Y a lo largo de su trayectoria han alternado con bandas como SEX GANG CHILDREN, THE LAST DANCE, THE DEATH OF A PARTY, BLOOD y CINEMA STRANGE en la ciudad de México. Las Gorgonas cuentan con dos materiales el primero en el 2001 llamado "Deathrock" y el segundo en el 2005 llamado "Nocturno kaos" ambos son producciones independientes, por su largo recorrido y estos dos materiales, las GORGONAS se han convertido en el grupo más representativo de Deathrock en México.

Gorgonas estara precisamente hoy 7 de julio presentando su nuevo disco, ya que estan proximos a realizar una gira por europa, donde estaran con bandas como Los Carniceros del Norte Y Naughty Zombies.

The GORGONAS formed in August, 1997 with Omar F. in the Voice and programming sequence, Roman F. in the guitar and programming of sequences, Panchito Death in Under and synthesizer.
